The Brembo brake kit includes everything needed for controlled stopping power in all conditions. It features Prime Ceramic Brake Pads designed to minimize noise and vibration for maximum driving comfort, reduced friction wear, and low dust emission. Brembo uses the same high carbon cast iron material for its aftermarket discs as used by the original manufacturer, offering a higher damping coefficient to decrease vibration and noise, improve brake behavior, and ensure better driving comfort. This material also provides better heat conduction properties for faster heat transfer and shorter cooling times. For Xtra discs, special alloy high carbon materials are produced and tested for greater resistance to thermo-mechanical stress. Upgrading brake pads and rotors allows a vehicle to handle more aggressive braking for longer periods. It is recommended to replace brake pads every 50,000-70,000 miles.
