Description

The Brian Crower BC9001-S ARP Fastener Kit is a direct replacement for the front suspension and hub fasteners on the Polaris RZR XP Turbo-S (4-Seat) models from 2023 onward. It features ARP's 12-point polished stainless steel bolts and precision-ground washers, designed to replace OEM hardware. This kit systematically upgrades the critical fasteners holding the vehicle's geometry and drivetrain together.

Engineered beyond OEM specifications, this kit utilizes ARP's 8740 Chrome Moly and 300 Series Stainless Steel for superior strength and fatigue resistance compared to standard grade 5 or 8 steel. The bolts are cold-formed, heat-treated, and roll-threaded for enhanced durability. The 12-point head design allows for greater torque application in confined spaces.
