Overview

It features 212 degrees of intake duration at 0.050 inch lift and 0.553 inches of intake and exhaust valve lift with a factory rocker arm ratio. The camshaft has a lobe separation of 107 degrees and uses a 3-bolt attachment.

This camshaft is compatible with computer-controlled systems and requires upgraded valve springs.

The BTR Truck Norris camshaft is engineered for 1999-2013 GM Silverado and Sierra trucks equipped with Gen III and Gen IV LS engines. This hydraulic roller camshaft features a 212 intake duration, 22X exhaust duration, .553 intake lift, .553 exhaust lift, and a 107 LSA. Developed through extensive cam lobe design and dyno testing, the Truck Norris camshaft is designed to deliver a significant increase in power and torque across the entire curve, outperforming previous V2 truck cam designs. It utilizes a three-bolt cam bolt style and is compatible with Gen III and Gen IV LS engines. While this camshaft is a direct replacement for many GM trucks, it's important to note potential compatibility considerations. Some related kits specify fitment for Gen IV non-VVT or Gen IV VVT 5.3 engines, suggesting that certain engine configurations or the presence of DOD/AFM systems may require specific conversion kits for optimal integration.
