BTR Chopacabra LT Camshaft for /L86 Engines

Introducing the Texas Speed & Performance Chopacabra LT camshaft, engineered for GM Gen V engines including the L83 and L86. The Chopacabra LT camshaft features a hydraulic roller, OE roller design with a duration of 214/228 and a valve lift of 0.582 inches on both the intake and exhaust sides when used with factory rocker arms. It has a lobe separation of 108 degrees and an intake centerline of 108 degrees, optimized for stock compression ratios and a broad operating RPM range of 1200-6500. It also does not necessitate an upgraded rear gear. However, specific components are required for proper operation: Manton Conical Valve Springs (or TSP-VS2227-16) are essential, and a VVT phaser lockout is mandatory. This camshaft is reported to provide significant power increases: +58 horsepower and +22 ft-lbs of torque for 5.3L engines, and +59 horsepower and +12 ft-lbs of torque for 6.2L engines (at the crank). It offers great drivability alongside its aggressive sound profile.
