BTR LS7 STAGE3 Naturally Aspirated Camshaft

The Brian Tooley Racing BTR LS7 Stage 3 V2 Camshaft is engineered to enhance power and torque across the entire curve for naturally aspirated LS7 engines. Developed in-house using proprietary BTR lobe designs, this V2 version offers improvements over previous Stage 3 camshafts, delivering increased power and torque throughout the RPM range. With specifications of 237/25X duration, .662"/.662" lift, and a 114 LSA, this camshaft is designed for aggressive performance. It features a 3-bolt timing gear pattern and an intake lobe lift at TDC of 0.06795. The camshaft is tested using Spintron and engine dyno methods to ensure maximum power while maintaining valvetrain stability and durability. Installation of this camshaft requires specific supporting components. It necessitates the use of a .660" Lift Platinum spring kit with titanium retainers and hardened pushrods. Due to the LS7 rocker arms' pivot length and scroll, up to .660" lift is permissible without valve tip damage. Brian Tooley Racing recommends a maximum open spring pressure of 430 lbs and suggests using titanium intake valves for optimal performance and reliability.
