The Dirty Hooker Diesel Budget Hooker Long Block represents the pinnacle of Duramax engine building, offering exceptional value and reliability. This fully assembled engine is meticulously sealed and prepped, making it ready to accept your fuel and air components. It features premium components including Callies Compstar Crankshafts and Xtreme Connecting Rods, paired with a Callies Stage 1 Alternate Fire Camshaft. The rotating assembly is balanced and includes OE balancer and flywheel. The build highlights include de-lipped LB7 pistons, Mahle piston rings, Clevite Performance H Series bearings, a hot tanked and Magnafluxed block with torque plate bored/honed cylinders, and a resurfaced deck. Further enhancing its comprehensive nature, the Budget Hooker Long Block comes with a GM block heater, piston oil coolers, upper and lower oil pans, front and rear covers, a DHD keyed high-pressure oil pump, and a new GM water pump (high performance on LB7/LLY). It also includes an upgraded L5P oil cooler, DHD O-ringed rear coolant cover, OE GM front and rear crank seals, a GM engine oil filter, reconditioned OE cylinder heads with Mahle gaskets, DHD Torq Head Studs, and an assembled valvetrain with lash set. Factory valve covers and a balanced rotating assembly are also included. It is important to note that this engine is assembled with OE engine components, and cylinder overboring may be necessary depending on block inventory. For warranty consideration, installation of a new oil pump and oil cooler is required. This product is not C.A.R.B. compliant and cannot ship to California.
