The Lethal Performance 99-04 2V Budget Return Style Fuel System, co-developed with DivisionX, offers a cost-effective way to upgrade to a return-style fuel delivery setup for your Mustang GT. This system integrates seamlessly with your stock fuel rails, feed line, and fuel tank, simplifying installation. At its core is a DivisionX billet fuel hat designed to accommodate dual Walbro 465 fuel pumps, ensuring robust fuel flow. A key component is the DivisionX two-port fuel pressure regulator, which attaches to your stock fuel rail and provides boost-referenced fuel pressure control. This means that for every 1 PSI of boost pressure detected, the fuel pressure will increase by 1 PSI, providing optimal fuel delivery under load. The system includes a 0-100 PSI liquid-filled mechanical fuel pressure gauge and all necessary vacuum lines and fittings for accurate regulator installation. The fuel system utilizes a PTFE-lined -6AN return line to efficiently route excess fuel back to the tank via the DivisionX fuel hat. The kit also features a Lethal Performance Plug and Play dual return style wiring harness, complete with dual 40-amp relays, 20-amp fuses, and fusible links for straightforward power distribution box connection. The harness includes an OEM 6-pin connector that directly plugs into the fuel hat, streamlining the installation process. This return-style system is known for its ease of tuning and is suitable for both street and track applications. It comes configured with dual Walbro 465 pumps and standard PTFE line, with options for upgrading the fuel pumps. Note: All models EXCEPT 03-04 Cobra REQUIRE fuel level sender bracket p/n DX-37011 if using the stock level sender. If using the OEM 03-04 Cobra sender, the bracket is not required. This system does not work with aftermarket fuel rails.
