The Carefree RV Buena Vista Plus Room is designed to fit all brands of traditional and 12V awnings with vertical arms from 12'-13', as well as Carefree Campout and Freedom Awnings. It's lightweight, convenient, and easy to attach, nearly doubling your living space. The door can be mounted on the left or right side, and it includes an easy-to-use wall seal. Clear weather-view zippered panels on the outside keep the rain out, and there are zip-up panels on the inside for privacy. Made of durable, lightweight polyester and vinyl material. It fits awning canopy extension of 8 ft (standard). Setup takes approximately 15 minutes. Color is Gray with dark gray trim. No drilling required. Fits in a convenient storage bag (included). Note: does not include a floor. Includes Buena Vista Room, skirting, ground stakes, two rafter arms, tote-style storage bag, small storage bag for stakes, and installation manual.
