Description

The Mahle Original S40564CP is a premium piston ring set designed for easy installation and immediate seating, virtually eliminating break-in time. These rings are engineered with optimized materials, coatings, and tension for reduced friction and extended life.

The top compression rings feature a barrel-faced contact area for efficient sealing and a CNC-controlled gap chamfer. Intermediate rings have a reverse twist design and taper race machining for improved groove side sealing. The CP-20 oil ring assemblies offer a 20-degree ear angle for superior side seal and a special chemical polish for enhanced oil drain-back.
