Bully Stroker Kit

The 5150 AutoSport Bully Stroker Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of BMW S58 engines by increasing their displacement. This comprehensive kit aims to deliver greater power and torque through increased cylinder volume and improved combustion efficiency. The longer stroke provided by the crankshaft enhances leverage on the connecting rods, resulting in increased torque output, particularly at lower RPMs, and contributes to improved throttle response and overall horsepower. This kit includes a 5150 Autosport 4340 Billet Steel Crankshaft, which is professionally turned, polished, and coated with an anti-wear finish, and is fully balanced. It also features Manley Performance Connecting Rods rated for 1,000HP at 8500 RPM, with an optional upgrade to CP-Carrillo Pro-Xtreme Connecting Rods capable of handling 2,000HP at 9500 RPM. The kit is completed with CP-Carrillo Pro-Xtreme Forged Pistons, Piston Wrist Pins, Piston Rings, and Piston Wire Locks. The 5150 stroker kit provides a displacement range from 3325 cc to 3404 cc, achievable with either an 84 mm bore size (3325 cc) or an 85 mm bore size (3404 cc). The 85 mm piston option necessitates the use of the 5150 Xtreme Duty Cylinder Sleeve Set and requires professional sleeving, with RK Autowerks highly recommended for this machining service. Additionally, the engine block requires clearancing, and a professional engine builder is required for installation. The 5150 AutoSport Bully Stroker Kit is compatible with various BMW S58 engine applications, including the G87 M2 (2023-Present), G80 M3 (2021-Present), G82/G83 M4 (2021-Present), F97 X3M (2019-Present), and F98 X4M (2019-Present).
