The Turbo Technics BV43 Turbocharger, part number 5303-970-0131, is a direct replacement for original turbochargers on select Audi and Seat diesel vehicles. This unit is engineered for the 2.0 TDI engines, specifically those with the CAHA and CGLB engine codes, and offers a solution for turbochargers that require replacement. This particular BV43 turbocharger is suitable for a range of Audi models including the A4 (2007-2015), A5 (2007-2016), A6 (2004-2011 and 2011-2018), and Q5 (2008-2017). It also fits the Seat Exeo (2008-2013) with the 2.0 TDI 170cv engine. The power output for these applications is rated at 125kW (170hp). Key specifications include its BV43 bearing housing model, a VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine) system, and it is not water-cooled. The shaft and wheel assembly is also BV43, with an exducer diameter of 38.2. The turbocharger impeller is coated with a ceramic layer to act as a thermal barrier, reducing temperatures.
