BW1354 Remanufactured Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC1354F-4 is a professionally remanufactured BW1354 transfer case, built to stringent standards for reliable performance. This unit is specifically designed for 1995-1998 Ford Explorer and Ranger vehicles equipped with an electric shift system. It features both bolt-on front and rear output yokes for straightforward installation and includes a provision for a speedometer, ensuring accurate readings. Please note that the shift motor is not included with this transfer case. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen meticulously inspect all cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The parts undergo a rigorous Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process.
