BW1356 Remanufactured Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC1356F-1N is a remanufactured BW1356 transfer case engineered for 1992-1997 Ford F-150 and F-250 4WD models equipped with electric shift. This transfer case is rebuilt to stringent standards by Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen. The process involves a comprehensive inspection of cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A specialized hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure is followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process. Every unit is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. The shift motor is not included with this unit. Key features include a rear slip yoke style output shaft and a bolt-on front output yoke. Each finished unit undergoes thorough spun testing to ensure proper shift-ability and to check for any noise.
