BW1356 Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain BW1356 transfer case is a remanufactured unit meticulously rebuilt to ensure confidence and satisfaction for your 1992-1997 Ford F-Series truck. Expert craftsmen inspect and test all internal components for signs of wear, such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure on all parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This remanufacturing ensures that each unit meets unparalleled standards. This specific transfer case features a manual shift system where the shift arm is welded to the shift shaft and the linkage presses onto a pin on the shift arm. It includes a slip yoke style rear output shaft and a bolt-on front output yoke. Notably, this model does not come with PTO provisions or a speedometer gear hole in the tailhousing. Each transfer case is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. All finished units are thoroughly spun tested for proper shift-ability and noise before being shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent damage during transit.
