The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC1628F-1M is a meticulously remanufactured BW1628 transfer case, engineered for 2011-2016 4WD Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with an electric shift system. This unit ensures confidence and satisfaction with its rebuilt-to-unparalleled-standards quality. The remanufacturing process involves thorough inspection and testing of cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on all parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. Every transfer case is fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. All finished units undergo rigorous spun testing to verify shift-ability and noise levels. This specific transfer case features a 6-speed transmission type, an electric shift mechanism, a 43-spline input, and both front and rear bolt-on yokes with a rear slip yoke. It is compatible with models using tag numbers such as BC34-AB, BC34-AC, BC34-AD, BC34-AE, BC34-CB, BC34-CD, BC34-CE, DC34-A, DC34-AA, DC34-H, and DC34-HA, as well as Hollander numbers 412-746, 412-785, and 412-786. It is also identified by UMT433-6. The unit includes a new shift motor.
