The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4406F-4 is a remanufactured BW4406 transfer case designed for specific Ford and Lincoln models. It features electric shift, torque on demand, and includes front and rear speed sensors, but does not have a speedometer sensor.

This transfer case undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. Internal and external components are inspected for wear, and Zumbrota Drivetrain utilizes a Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure for thorough cleaning. All units are rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers, and are spin-tested for shift-ability and noise.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4406F-4 is a remanufactured BW4406 transfer case built to exacting standards for Ford and Lincoln vehicles from 1999-2002. This unit is equipped with electric shift capabilities, a torque-on-demand system, and includes both front and rear speed sensors. It is designed without a speedometer sensor. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects all cases and internal components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. An exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure is employed for deep cleaning, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed cleaning. Every transfer case is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Each finished unit is thoroughly spun tested to ensure proper shift-ability and noise levels before shipping. To ensure protection during transit, all Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer cases are shipped in high-density plastic totes, minimizing the risk of damage. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
