Description

The BW4412 Transfer Case by Zumbrota Drivetrain is a remanufactured unit designed for Ford 2007-2010 Explorer Sport Trac models with a 5-speed automatic transmission and 4.0L engine. This transfer case features Torque on Demand (TOD) and includes a shift motor. Zumbrota's rebuilding process involves thorough inspection of all components for wear, hydro-blasting and proprietary deep cleaning, and replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Each unit undergoes spin testing for shift-ability and noise before shipping in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage. It features cup-style front and rear output yokes.
