BW4417 Transfer Case with Electric Shift Motor

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4417F-1M1 is a remanufactured BW4417 transfer case that has been rebuilt to stringent quality standards. Key specifications include a 31-spline input shaft and a 31-spline slip yoke style rear output shaft. It does not feature openings for speedo or speed sensor holes. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects and tests all cases and internal components for signs of wear, such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The internal and external parts are subjected to an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process. Each transfer case is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Every finished unit undergoes thorough spin testing to verify shift-ability and check for any operational noise, ensuring it meets Zumbrota's quality standards.
