BW4444 Electric Shift Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain BW4444 transfer case is a remanufactured unit designed for Chrysler 2011-2015 Ram 1500 vehicles equipped with Torque On Demand (TOD) and electric shift. This transfer case features a 23-spline input shaft and 32-spline output shafts for both front and rear. It is configured for electric shifting and is compatible with a five-position 4WD dash switch. The rear output is a slip yoke style. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer case is rebuilt to rigorous standards. During the remanufacturing process, units are thoroughly inspected for common wear issues such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. An exclusive hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure is employed on internal and external components, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning. All bearings, seals, and viscous couplers are replaced with new parts. Finished units undergo comprehensive spin testing to ensure proper shiftability and quiet operation. To prevent damage during shipping, all transfer cases are packaged in high-density plastic totes. This remanufactured BW4444 transfer case comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
