BW4464 Electric Shift Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4464F-4M is a remanufactured transfer case built to high standards. This unit, based on the BW4464 model, is designed for electric shift operation and comes complete with the necessary shift motor. It features a front bolt-on yoke and a rear slip yoke for secure connection. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen meticulously inspect and test all internal and external components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The units undergo a rigorous cleaning process, including a Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning. Every transfer case is fully rebuilt with the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers (when applicable). The finished units are then thoroughly spun tested to ensure proper shiftability and quiet operation. All Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer cases are shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent damage during transit.
