BW4464 Remanufactured Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4464F-4 is a remanufactured transfer case built to high standards for Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks. This unit is based on the BW4464 model and features electric shift functionality. It is equipped with a front bolt-on yoke and a rear slip yoke, and it does not include the shift motor. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen meticulously inspect and test all components for wear. Internal and external parts undergo a thorough cleaning process, including hydro-blasting and shot-peening, to restore them to OEM finish. All units are rebuilt with 100% replacement of common wear parts, including all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Each finished transfer case is spun tested to ensure proper shiftability and quiet operation. This transfer case is specifically designed for the 2017-2019 Ford F-250SD with the 6.2L engine, and for the 2020-2022 Ford F-250SD models. It is compatible with 6-speed transmissions. The unit is shipped in a high-density plastic tote to prevent damage during transit and comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Please note that the shift motor is not included with this transfer case.
