The Zumbrota Drivetrain BW4477 is a remanufactured transfer case specifically designed for 2008-2009 Cadillac CTS vehicles equipped with AWD. This transfer case is rebuilt to rigorous standards, ensuring quality and reliability. Zumbrota Drivetrain's remanufacturing process involves meticulous inspection of all cases and internal components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. After thorough cleaning with a hydro-blast and proprietary shot-enticed process, all units receive a 100% replacement of critical wear components such as bearings, seals, and viscous couplers (where applicable). Each remanufactured transfer case undergoes spin testing to verify shiftability and operational noise levels. To ensure maximum protection during transit, all Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer cases are shipped in durable, high-density plastic totes. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
