Overview

The Zumbrota Drivetrain BW4485 transfer case is a remanufactured unit designed for 2007-2014 GM Yukon, Suburban, and Escalade models. This transfer case features a 32-spline input and a single-speed configuration.

Each unit is meticulously inspected and tested for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Internal and external components undergo a specialized hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a deep cleaning. All Zumbrota transfer cases are rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers, and are spin tested for shift-ability and noise before being shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC4485G-1 is a professionally remanufactured BW4485 transfer case, engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards for 2007-2014 GM full-size SUVs and trucks, including the Yukon, Suburban, and Escalade. This transfer case is built with a focus on quality and durability. Zumbrota's expert craftsmen inspect every unit for signs of wear such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A proprietary multi-stage cleaning process, including hydro-blasting and rinsing, restores components to an OEM finish. All rebuilds include the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers (where applicable). Before shipment, each remanufactured transfer case is thoroughly spun tested to ensure proper shift-ability and quiet operation. To protect against damage during transit, units are shipped in high-density plastic totes. Technical specifications include a 32-spline input, a 32-spline slip yoke style rear output shaft, and an internal spline front output shaft.
