Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator

The Weldon Racing T2040-120 is a bypass fuel pressure regulator engineered for demanding fuel-injected applications. Featuring an upgraded Teflon diaphragm, this regulator ensures compatibility with all racing fuels, including ethanol and methanol, and boasts the fastest response rate in its class for precise fuel delivery. This regulator provides a base pressure range of 30 to 110 psi and increases fuel pressure on a 1:1 ratio with boost. It is designed to work with fuel pumps rated up to or under 5 gallons per minute (GPM) and is compatible with all Weldon fuel pumps as well as those from other manufacturers. The unit includes two -10AN pressure ports and one -8AN return port, a 1/8" NPT gauge port, and a 1/8" NPT manifold pressure reference port. Its construction features a hardened steel ball and replaceable steel seat, with user-serviceable and replaceable internal components. Key specifications include a 0.281" bypass orifice and a Mil-Spec clear anodized cover. The regulator is proudly made in the USA. It is specifically recommended for vehicles running fuel pumps up to or under 5 GPM and is intended for use in fuel-injected vehicles.
