It boasts a compact and lightweight design, being 50% lighter and 25% smaller than its competitors, while achieving an impressive flow rate exceeding 330 CFM, positioning it as the highest-flowing BOV of its type on the market. Constructed from durable billet 6000 series aluminum, this BOV features a MILSPEC hard anodized valve guide and stem, alongside a Hi-Temp Silicon Nomex diaphragm for reliable operation under demanding conditions. Key design elements include a quick-release v-band collar for simplified installation and removal, twin 1/8"NPT pressure ports for flexible routing, and a collar-secured cap that allows for rapid spring changes. This specific model, the TS-0204-114X, is a universal fitment and comes with a Blue Spring installed, rated for -18 to -14 InHg activation range, with an overall activation range from 4inHg to 26inHg. It also offers an optional valve position sensor. The product includes the Gen-V Race Port BOV, a V-Band Assembly, and vacuum fittings in the box. Installation may require fabrication or modification to turbocharger piping, and Turbosmart recommends professional fitting.
