The JL Audio C1-650 is a 6.5-inch, 2-way component speaker system that delivers substantial audio performance and is designed for straightforward installation, often fitting behind factory grilles. These speakers feature JL Audio's proprietary Dynamic Motor Analysis (DMA) system for a more linear motor and reduced distortion, resulting in tight, clean bass. The system includes a 6.5-inch woofer with a mineral-filled, injection-molded polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, paired with a 0.75-inch edge-driven aluminum dome tweeter for superior high-frequency clarity and definition. To ensure versatility, the C1-650 includes multi-application adaptor rings that facilitate a drop-in installation in vehicles with oversized 6.5-inch and 6.75-inch speaker openings.
