Overview

The HighFlo Performance cat-back exhaust system is designed for the 1996 LT1 and LT4 C4 Corvette. It features a 24" chambered muffler combo for an old-school C2 rumble, followed by 11" chambered resonators. The system utilizes C6 Corvette 3.5" dual wall stainless tips and includes a welded O2 port on the driverside headpipe for the sensor, as this was the first model year with OBD2.

This system is hand-welded and made in Michigan. It uses all factory-mounted hangers and bolts up perfectly, designed to enhance the sound and performance of your C4 Corvette. The package includes new accuseal band clamps.

The HighFlo Performance cat-back exhaust system is specifically engineered for the 1996 LT1 and LT4 C4 Corvette models. This system aims to restore and enhance the classic muscle car sound with its unique chambered muffler and resonator design. The exhaust features a plasma-cut flange for a secure connection, leading into a custom x-pipe and a 24-inch chambered muffler that delivers the sought-after old-school C2 rumble. This is then routed to rear 11-inch chambered resonators, culminating in C6 Corvette-style 3.5-inch dual-wall stainless steel tips for a refined finish. For 1996 models, which were the first to feature OBD2, an O2 port is welded into the driverside headpipe to accommodate the sensor. Constructed with hand-welded precision in Michigan, this system emphasizes quality and durability. The system includes new accuseal band clamps to ensure a secure and leak-free installation, allowing your C4 Corvette to breathe and sound as it should.
