The Burger Motorsports (BMS) V3 Dual Intake system is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of select Mercedes-Benz models. This intake system provides greater airflow than the restrictive OEM system, leading to an advertised increase of up to 20 horsepower at the wheels. Beyond power gains, drivers will notice improved throttle response and a more pronounced turbo sound under acceleration. Constructed with CNC machined flanges for a precise fit and anodized aluminum heat shields, this intake is built for durability and aesthetics. It integrates custom radiant heat shields and utilizes the factory cold air ducting to maintain cool intake air temperatures, a crucial factor for optimal engine performance. The kit includes renewable, cleanable high-flow BMS performance air filters, which are designed to last and can be re-oiled after 15-25k miles. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with the average enthusiast able to complete the process in about 30 minutes. The system replaces restrictive OEM Mercedes-Benz intake parts (Part numbers 1120940004, 1120940604, 2730940204, A1120940004, A1120940604, A2730940404). The package includes two high-performance air filters, two anodized aluminum heat shields with BMS logos, two air filter quality sensor extension harnesses, two aluminum elbow pipes with billet flanges, and necessary hardware.
