C5 Corvette Billet Hydraulic Slave Cylinder Kit

The Tick Performance C5 Corvette Slave Cylinder Kit is engineered as a superior hydraulic release bearing, addressing the weaknesses found in both original equipment and existing aftermarket options. Constructed entirely from billet material, it replaces fragile plastic parts with a robust and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized billet design, ensuring longevity and durability. The slave cylinder utilizes a Patent Pending tension system to maintain constant contact between the pressure plate levers and the release bearing, eliminating potential air gaps and ensuring consistent clutch disengagement. Benefits include dual-step support for rigidity, increased surface area for greater stability, and a dust wiper for system protection. It also features a simple shim measuring system with a "lock out key" for precise installation and is hard anodized for superior corrosion resistance and reduced wear. This kit includes an OE Quick Connect Feed Line, an 8” Bleeder Line with Banjo Connection, a Banjo Bolt for Bleeder Connection, a Speed Bleeder Fitting, and an Extended Bleeder Line Option. It is designed for an installation tolerance of .125"-.150" and is intended to be shimmed similarly to OE release bearings. Compatibility requires a master cylinder with a minimum .750” bore and 1.1” stroke, and it fits up to a 1.375” diameter, 29 spline input shaft. Please note that this slave cylinder kit does not fit with McLeod SofLock Clutches.
