C5 Twin Turbo Kit

The Huron Speed C5 Twin Turbo Kit is engineered to be the ultimate twin turbo system for the C5 Corvette (1997-2004). This comprehensive package includes custom JDS-designed, fabricated sch10 manifolds with T4 flanges, capable of accommodating turbos up to a pair of Billet 7675s with S-cover, 60-series, or CT4 covers. The kit boasts a full 3" exhaust system that extends to the OEM axle-back location, ensuring no neck-downs. The cold-side tubing is 2.5" silicone, connecting to a 4.5" thick HSP Black Series intercooler. The hot-side piping is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with 321 stainless for the fabricated manifolds, and the air intake piping is 3" aluminum with 3" filters. Turbos are mounted high for optimal gravity oil drain, eliminating the need for a scavenging pump. Included are HSP fabricated bolt-on engine mount pedestals and shorty poly mounts, providing a direct bolt-on solution without cutting factory parts. This kit is rated for 1250+ RWHP and comes with all necessary hardware, couplers, V-band clamps, and a detailed packing list. It requires the selection of turbos, wastegates, BOV, and an oil pan from drop-down menus. Minor grinding may be necessary on the front cradle, engine mount boss, and inner fender liner for the cold-side tubing, which is noted as being less than other kits on the market. Precision turbos may require additional clearancing compared to Turbonetics or Comp turbos.
