C5 Venom II Cold Air Induction System

The Halltech C5 Venom II is a second-generation cold air induction system engineered to significantly increase airflow to your engine, providing enhanced performance. Designed as a direct replacement, it integrates seamlessly with your stock Mass Air Flow sensor, ensuring easy installation and smooth throttle response whether you're on the street or the track. This system features a wide SuperBee Halltech filter with a built-in velocity stack flange. The updated mold design has been shown to increase airflow directly to the throttle body, with the bridge component alone dynoing over 13 HP on the Katech Engine Dyno. The C5 Venom II is compatible with 2001-2004 Corvette C5 models equipped with LS1 and LS6 engines. While the MAF sensor is not included, Halltech provides a laminar flow screen that offers higher flow than the stock LS1 screen. You will reuse your stock MAF, A.I.R. pump elbow, and wire harness. Halltech advises against cutting holes in the radiator shroud, as it is unnecessary and can lead to lean codes and surging. When ordering, you can select from four filter options, including S&B Red Oiled, S&B Blue Dry, S&B Gray Oiled High-Flow Track, and TKO Attack Blue Dry Nano filters. Additionally, you can choose from various colors for the throttle body hose and ring seal. It is important to note that Halltech does not currently have a CA EO number for this induction system, meaning it is not legal for sale in California for use in emissions-controlled vehicles, though it may be used for off-road or track racing applications.
