C6 Corvette Supercharger Kit

The A&A C6 Corvette Supercharger Kit is engineered to deliver substantial power gains for the 2005-2007 C6 Corvette LS2. This system integrates a Vortech V2 Si-Trim head unit, capable of supporting up to 650 RWHP on modified engines. It includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum bracket for superior belt alignment and wrap, minimizing belt slip. The kit features a "Ram Air" intercooler design that maximizes cooling efficiency by exposing the entire core to airflow captured from under the front fascia. Key components include a high-efficiency, hand-welded air-to-air intercooler with directional vanes for even charge air distribution. The intercooler is positioned forward to optimize airflow to the radiator and AC condenser, preventing overheating. This kit also incorporates a large aluminum Turbosmart blow-off valve, aluminum charge tubing, silicone couplers, and stainless steel clamps. For fuel delivery, it includes high-capacity injectors and either an LPE fuel pump or a Boost A Pump. Installation is rated as a 5 out of 5 difficulty, indicating it is recommended for experienced individuals or professional installation. The system requires the ECM to be sent to A&A for custom programming upon installation to complete the setup. It is also CARB certified and 50-state legal with EO # D-707.
