Description

The American Racing Headers C6 Long System is engineered to deliver top-tier performance for 2005-2008 C6 Corvettes equipped with 6.0L or 6.2L V8 engines. Crafted entirely from 100% USA-sourced 304 stainless steel, this system boasts 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure, warp-free seal. This system features 1-7/8" primaries that flow into 3" x 3" X-pipe mid-sections, equipped with merge collectors and scavenger spikes for enhanced exhaust scavenging. The included catted version utilizes severe duty 300-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, with an option to upgrade to G-Sport cats. All systems are assembled with Grade 8 hardware and Accuseal stainless steel band clamps. Installation requires no modifications to the vehicle. However, O2 extension harnesses are sold separately and are essential for completing the installation. The manufacturer also notes that all ARH products are manufactured for racing purposes and their installation may affect legal use on public roads.
