The American Racing Headers C6 Long System is a premium performance exhaust upgrade for the 2005-2008 Chevrolet Corvette. Engineered with race-inspired technology, this system is crafted from the highest quality 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. This long tube header system features 1-7/8 inch primary tubes and a 3-inch diameter X-pipe mid-section, equipped with high-flowing 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters for optimal exhaust flow and sound. The system includes merge collectors with integrated scavenger spikes, 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure seal, and hand-ported, TIG-welded inlets. All systems are designed for a direct, no-modification installation and assemble with Grade 8 hardware and Accuseal stainless steel band clamps. Installation Note: O2 Extension Harnesses are sold separately and are required to complete the installation of this system.
