Overview

The A&A C7 Corvette Ram Air Intercooler is designed to force air from the high-pressure radiator cavity through the intercooler and into the low-pressure area under the car. This intercooler utilizes a flat-mounted approach with a scoop that protrudes only about 2 ½ inches into the radiator cavity. The back of the scoop is sloped to avoid blocking airflow.

The A&A C7 Corvette Ram Air Intercooler offers a unique solution for enhancing charge air cooling efficiency. This intercooler was designed with a focus on having minimal impact on the factory radiator's airflow, a critical aspect of the C7's design. Instead of a traditional frontal approach, it employs a flat-mounted system. A key feature is the integrated scoop that protrudes into the radiator cavity by approximately 2 ½ inches. The design cleverly slopes the back of the scoop down towards the bottom of the radiator, ensuring it does not impede the primary airflow to the radiator.
