Overview

The American Racing Headers C7 Long System is a high-performance exhaust header designed for the C7 Corvette. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it features 1-7/8" primary tubes and 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure seal. This system includes hand-ported TIG welded inlets and merge collectors with scavenger spikes. Optional catalytic converters with a 200-cell metallic substrate are available.

The American Racing Headers C7 Long System is engineered to deliver peak performance and quality for your C7 Corvette. This system is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel and features 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal, ensuring durability and a perfect fit. The 1-7/8" primary tubes are optimized for superior flow and performance, complemented by hand-ported TIG welded inlets and merge collectors equipped with scavenger spikes. This header system is designed with options to fine-tune your C7's performance, including the choice of 1-3/4", 1-7/8", or 2" primaries. For emissions compliance in certain regions, optional "Severe Duty" 49-state legal catalytic converters featuring a 200-cell metallic substrate are available, offering extreme durability. The system includes Grade 8 hardware and Flat Out Racing gaskets for a quick and easy installation. It is important to note that all American Racing Headers products are exclusively manufactured for racing purposes. Installing these products on any vehicle eliminates their legal use on public roads and highways, and may be subject to fines or criminal liability under the Clean Air Act. California residents should be aware of the warning regarding Cancer and Reproductive Harm as per www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
