C7 Twin Turbo Kit

The Performance Supercar C7 Twin Turbo kit is a comprehensive, bolt-on solution engineered to deliver uncompromising power upgrades for the Corvette C7. This system features mirror-image turbos with dual ball-bearing technology and billet compressor wheels, available in sizes ranging from 58mm to 72mm, allowing for customization based on specific power goals. The kit includes robust stainless steel turbo manifolds, meticulously hand-made in the USA with billet flanges. Intercooling is handled by a substantial front-mounted, dual-core, 7-inch thick air-to-air unit, designed for installation without requiring any cutting to the vehicle's body. Included in the package are 3-inch stainless steel exhaust downpipes (designated for off-road racing use only), and high-performance TurboSmart 45mm External Hypergate Lite wastegates with a full spring set, plus a Turbosmart Blow Off Valve. For dry sump equipped cars (Z51/C7Z06), a scavenge pump is not required. The system supports a wide power range, from 800 to over 2000 wheel horsepower, with various turbo sizes available for different applications. Turbo options include configurations from VSRacing, FP Xona Rotor, and Garrett, with intercooler choices ranging from front-mount air-to-air to 2000hp-rated air-to-water systems. Dyno results show approximately 1280 wheel horsepower at 24 psi on a stock LT1/LT4 engine and transmission using a base kit with 62mm VSRacing turbos.
