The Dedicated Motorsports (DMS) / CSF DMS C7Z-HX is a high-performance intercooler heat exchanger engineered to combat heat soak in the C7 Corvette Z06 and ZR1. These models, equipped with a supercharged 6.2L V8, can experience performance degradation due to excessive heat, particularly in demanding driving conditions. Developed in partnership with CSF, a leader in performance cooling, this heat exchanger aims to provide a superior cooling solution. Constructed with a 2-row, 42mm core featuring CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology and a 6.5mm fin height, the #8106 unit boasts an impressive 100% increase in efficiency over the stock heat exchanger. It has undergone rigorous testing, including individual leak testing, vibration cycle testing, thermal cycle testing, wind tunnel cycle testing, burst pressure and impulse cycle testing, salt spray testing, and a 10-foot box drop test to ensure durability and protection during shipping. A 30-point fitment inspection guarantees OE-level fitment with no modifications needed for installation.
