C8 Audi RS6/RS7 High-Flow Catalytic Converters

The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 High-Flow CATS are engineered as a direct replacement for your vehicle's restrictive stock catalytic converters, positioned immediately after the turbocharger. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, each unit is meticulously hand TIG welded and back-purged to ensure a robust and long-lasting performance. The primary benefits of installing these high-flow catalytic converters include significant power gains, enhanced exhaust flow, and a sportier, more throaty exhaust sound. Key product details include T304 stainless steel construction, mandrel-bent tubing, a removable flange for simplified installation, and a fully tig-welded design. The system comes complete with all necessary installation hardware and features 200-cell RACE CATS. Stage 2 tuning software is required to prevent a check engine light. Installation notes vary depending on whether your vehicle is equipped with OPF/GPF. For vehicles without OPF/GPF, transfer factory O2 sensors (tighten to 30 ft/lbs), install supplied OPF/GPF plugs (tighten to 25 ft/lbs), and tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs. For ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF, remove factory pressure sensors and lines, connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps, re-install sensors, and clip in the harness. Install OPF/GFP temperature probes (tighten to 25 ft/lbs), transfer factory O2 sensors (tighten to 30 ft/lbs), and tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs.
