C8 Audi RS6/RS7 High-Flow CATS

The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 High-Flow CATS are engineered to be a direct replacement for the restrictive factory catalytic converters located immediately after the turbocharger. Utilizing advanced CAD technology, these downpipes are crafted for a perfect fit. The construction features T304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, ensuring longevity and optimal flow. The hand TIG welded and back purged design guarantees years of reliable performance. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow, and a more throaty sound are the primary benefits of installing this high-flow downpipe. Product details include T304 stainless steel construction, mandrel-bent stainless steel, and a removable flange for easier installation. The fully tig welded design comes with all necessary install hardware. These also feature 200 Cell RACE CATS for enhanced performance. Stage 2 tuning software is required to prevent a check engine light. For vehicles without OPF/GPF, transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs, install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs, and tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs. For ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF, remove factory pressure sensors and lines, connect both ports with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps, re-install sensors, and connect the harness. Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs, transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs, and tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs.
