The American Racing Headers C8 Z06 Corvette Headers represent a significant upgrade for your vehicle's exhaust system. Engineered for performance, these headers feature a triple-step primary tube design with sizes of 1-3/4" x 1-7/8" x 2" x 3". The construction utilizes 304 stainless steel throughout, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The headers are manufactured with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a precise, warp-free seal and feature hand-ported TIG welded inlets for optimal flow. The system incorporates merge collectors with scavenger spikes to enhance exhaust scavenging and maximize power output. American Racing Headers proudly states that this kit picked up +30RWHP and +26RWTQ at peak, with gains as high as 54RWHP and 54RWTQ under the curve. The design is a direct bolt-in, simplifying installation. These headers are 100% made in the USA and are built to order, with lead times available upon contact. It is important to note that all ARH products are manufactured exclusively for racing purposes. Installing these on any vehicle eliminates legal use on public roads/highways and may be subject to fines or criminal liability as per the Clean Air Act. This system is specifically designed for the 5.5L V8 engine in the 2023-2026 C8 Z06 Corvettes, fitting both Coupe and Convertible chassis configurations.
