This headache rack features two inch square tubing with a two inch flat ¼ inch bar. Included with this is a three cross bar member design for added protection. Cargo Ease original headache rack has a light weight construction unlike a full size ladder rack. A built-in tonneau cover lift kit is included so you are able to use a tonneau cover as well. Another plus is installation on this bad boy is a breeze with no drilling required.
