The Walker Exhaust 84103 CalCat CARB Universal Catalytic Converter is designed to meet stringent CARB (California Air Resources Board) standards, making it legal for sale and use on OBDII vehicles (1996 and newer) and non-OBD vehicles (1995 and older) in California, Colorado, New York, and other states requiring CARB-compliant replacement converters. It features a durable stainless-steel body, aluminized pipe, and heat shields. The converter uses an OE-style coating process for consistent emissions performance. Its universal design includes expandable bushings for installation flexibility, though professional fabrication and/or welding may be required. Backed by Walker's 50,000-mile/80,000-kilometer emissions and structural integrity warranty.
