The Calibrated Power 3rd Gen Stealth Turbo (CPS200147) is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock turbo in 2003-2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the 5.9L Cummins engine. This turbo aims to provide a blend of enhanced performance, improved efficiency, and superior durability at a competitive price point. Key features include a 60mm Air Grabber compressor wheel made from aerospace-grade billet aluminum, boasting a 7-blade design for higher airflow and a lighter weight for unmatched spool-up. The Beast Wheel™ turbine wheel is 30% larger than stock, featuring a custom 10-blade design and 40% thicker blades for increased airflow, lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), and better resistance. The super-light rotating assembly contributes to lightning-fast spool-up and an ideal boost-to-drive pressure ratio. It features an upgraded actuator with a heavier waste-gate spring and larger diaphragm to achieve higher peak boost pressures, potentially exceeding 40psi, and enhance mid-range power.
