The new Wilwood AERO4-DM forged four-piston calipers deliver heavy duty stopping power for the street and off-road. The caliper incorporates race technology into a body design with widespread adaptability, offering direct spindle mounting with proprietary 13.38” diameter rotors on many late model trucks. Multiple piston volume options provide versatility for heavy-weight braking requirements. This AERO4-DM caliper is the latest innovation to the AERO4/6 series, designed with internal fluid ports to eliminate external fluid cross-over tubes and a massive center bridge assembly for extra rigidity. The body is stress-flow forged from a premium grade aluminum alloy billet, realigning the metal's internal grain structure to flow within the caliper body contour, resulting in superior clamping efficiency and ultimate strength against fatigue, stresses, and distortion under load.
