Caliper Aluminum Pistons

The kit features 8-piston calipers for front applications (or 2/4-piston for rear), constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for exceptional strength and light weight. These calipers utilize aluminum pistons for superior heat management and rigidity compared to OEM designs. Additionally, the kit includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. SC5 Ceramic pads are included, offering optimal street and occasional track performance with reduced dust and noise. Ksport offers customization options for caliper colors and rotor types, with slotted rotors recommended for track use and cross-drilled rotors for daily drivers due to their cooler running temperatures. Caliper brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel to ensure a direct bolt-on fit to the OEM caliper bracket location. This kit is built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. It is compatible with 1998-2003 Audi A6 and S6 Base models.
