The Ksport Procomp 2-Piston Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered as a sophisticated, bolt-on upgrade to significantly enhance braking power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. The calipers are constructed from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. They feature aluminum pistons that offer superior heat resistance and reliable operation. The kit features two-piece rotors, which contribute to reduced weight, fade-free performance on the track, and comfortable operation during normal driving. You can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted is recommended for track use, while cross-drilled is suggested for daily drivers due to better cooling. This rear big brake kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use. These pads produce 50% less dust than race pads and significantly reduce noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by preventing expansion under pressure. This specific kit is designed for the 2006-2008 Audi A4 Quattro Avant. While Ksport offers a wide range of caliper color options (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium, Glassy/Hard Anodized Colors), custom color finishes are also available.
