The Forged DynaPro-Low Profile Lug Mount (FDP-LP) forged billet caliper is designed as an upgrade or replacement for applications previously using the Dynalite model series. It combines race technology with Wilwood performance enhancements, featuring a sleek profile, superior strength, and a forged machined finish suitable for competition or show. It's especially designed for limited outboard rotor hat clearance and narrow swept area rotors. The caliper is constructed from stress-flow forged premium grade billet, providing superior strength over parts machined from straight-grained blocks. The FEA generated body design increases resistance to deflection and caliper body separation, leading to increased clamping efficiency and less pedal travel. It features Quick-E-Clip pad retainers for fast pad service without caliper removal, and bottom pad supports have been removed for a slimmer profile. Heavy wall stainless steel pistons resist corrosion and slow heat transfer, providing a firm pedal feel. Exclusive SRS bridge plates eliminate bridge wear, extend caliper body service life, and eliminate pad rattle and squeal. It has internal fluid passages and four-corner bleed screws for versatile mounting.
