Caliper Kit with Billet Aluminum Construction

The kit features extreme lightweight, one-piece calipers CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. These calipers come in a differential bore configuration, weigh just over 5lbs each, and include machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features on each caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. A floating disc option is available for many applications to mitigate thermal stresses that can cause warping or cupping. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are suggested for more track-oriented use. This specific kit is designed for the Honda Accord 2008-2012 2.4L model and fits 2WD vehicles only. Please note that the OEM handbrake will not function with this kit.
