The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. They also incorporate aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance and reliable operation. Customization options are available, including caliper colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high polish and custom color finishes also offered. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, providing optimal braking for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included to improve pedal response and firmness. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that facilitate direct bolt-up to the OEM caliper bracket locations. Buyers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused vehicles. This specific kit is compatible with Mercedes-Benz E-Class models from 2003-2008. Production and delivery typically take 4-6 weeks.
